PlayBolt FAQ
Sizing, inflation, care, shipping and choosing the right ball—covered.
Choosing a ball
How do I choose the right ball size?
Start with the sport, player age and where the ball will be used. Each product page includes its size in the title or description. Youth and mini sizes are easier for smaller hands and first-time players; regulation sizes suit older players and standard games.
What is the difference between mini, youth and regulation sizes?
Mini balls prioritize easy grip, portability and casual play. Youth sizes bridge the gap for developing players. Regulation sizes match the standard dimensions generally used for that sport. Always check the measurements on the individual product page.
Which balls work best for a mixed-age group?
Soft playground balls, rainbow packs and smaller multisport sets are welcoming choices for mixed ages. They are easy to share, support flexible rules and make it simpler for newer players to join.
Inflation & care
Do PlayBolt balls arrive inflated?
Packaging varies by product. Check the product description to see whether a ball arrives inflated, deflated or with a pump. When a pump is included, that will be listed clearly.
How should I inflate a ball?
Moisten the needle, insert it straight into the valve and add air gradually. Stop when the ball feels responsive without becoming rigid. Overinflation can affect feel and shorten product life.
How can I make the ball last longer?
Wipe it clean after use, let it dry before storage and keep it away from sharp surfaces, direct heat and long periods of strong sun. Check air pressure before each play session.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Processing and delivery estimates appear during checkout. Once your order ships, use the tracking information sent to the email address attached to the order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact PlayBolt as soon as possible with your order number. We will help when the order has not entered fulfillment, though changes cannot be guaranteed once packing or shipping has started.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send the PlayBolt team your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.
Schools & group play
Which packs are useful for schools, camps or parties?
Look for multi-packs, rainbow sets and bulk quantities. They make sorting teams easier, keep more players active and reduce wait time between turns.
Can different ages use the same set?
Yes. For broad age ranges, choose forgiving materials and sizes that younger players can hold comfortably. Adjust game distance and rules so everyone can participate safely.
Do you offer product guidance for larger groups?
Yes. Contact the PlayBolt team with the number and ages of players, the setting and the activities you have in mind. We can help narrow the catalog to useful sizes and pack counts.
